Rebranding the Legend - Poland's first modeling agency

SPP Models is a well-established and very experienced model agency, being in the industry for over 20 years and working all over the world. However, a lot has changed in the past 2 decades, e.g. the Internet came in, we moved from VHS cassettes to DVDs and mp3 players, and then online streaming or switched to no-paper books (can you imagine that in 1995?). The brand required a new marketing strategy and actions, and that’s when I came in.

I started refreshing with developing new marketing strategy and led marketing activities. New landing page was required, as well as social media templates to make sure all content is consistent. I proposed new logo, coordinated programming works and provided photography services (shoots, postproduction, model test photography).  In the meantime I noticed a need of creating a system of cataloguing models, and a model base. I’ve taken care of that, so now all internal and external materials are well organized and easy to find. This also makes modeling bookers’ job easier and faster, so they could quickly lay out and send offers.

Beside marketing and branding activities, I also assisted with model management – this means e.g. running model castings, arranging models for clients, etc. This was a truly interdisciplinary job, both challenging and awarding!
