Multidimensional project for Photo production house

BEMA Production is a production house, providing half and full photography service – onset (space, photographers, models, make up, etc.) and final product delivery.

This was a very interesting and intensive project that I fully looked up to. I was asked to elevate the image of the whole brand while preserving its heritage as a professional brand fashion brand and bring it to the new modern visual world. Meeting the modern world required a new way of doing things.

My main task was photography production and marketing management. I started the latter with market analysis, determining the brand structure and creating new marketing strategy. Further, less conceptual works, included copywriting, refreshing the landing page and various advertising materials.

My tasks included branding (name invention, logo variation, job printings – business cards and papers, e-mail footers, etc.), photography (product, model, backstage), design (leafelts, SM templates, website, DTP, etc), music playlist creation, copy editing.

Beside the artistic parts, I’ve also taken care of the marketing, sales and administrative tasks, such as  planning and organising marketing social media campaigns, sales process analysis and conduction (this means e.g. client contact, offer send-out, follow ups, product orders and pick-ups, and so on), client-artist contact management, all that office, client and paper jobs.

I’ve spent a lot time on photography production, too, that is: photoshoot timeline invention, preparing castings, grathering the team, location scouting and getting all outdoor permits, passing photos to clients, passing the feedback back to editors.

And guess what – that’s not the end! I even reorganised and planned the studio and office spaces, created storage and product-packaging systems for photoshoots. As you can see, I was the ghost and the body behind almost everything that happened in and around the studio.
